Meet Wendy Pecoraro, MSN, APRN
Wendy Pecoraro aspires to live a simple and contented life in a chaotic world. Her approach centers on eating whole foods, daily movement, prioritizing sleep, practicing mindfulness (or as she calls it, “minding your life”), fostering close relationships, and connecting with nature as much as possible. These aspirations—and the challenges she has faced in consistently achieving them—led her to pursue a career in Lifestyle Medicine.
Wendy holds a post-master’s certificate in Wellness and Health Promotion. She developed Methodist Health System’s Employee Health Program before starting her own independent integrative medicine practice in 2016. She also serves on the editorial board of The Integrative Practitioner Journal.
Since 2019, Wendy has been a Diplomat of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. This certification, along with her collaboration with brilliant colleagues and her dedication to the wellness community, inspired the founding of Element Primary Care. Wendy’s approach integrates science and personalized care, offering a dedicated partnership in her patients’ journey to a healthier life through Lifestyle Medicine.
