No, Nubia will still be your main contact. Starting December 1st, Dr. Darin Gregory will be our in-house MRO, but no processes will change.
Yes, we are still located at 8630 F Street Omaha, NE 68127. We will be updating the signs outside our building but will maintain some CompChoice signage during the transition period.
All records will still be accessible through the employer portal. For records before 2024, please fax your request to 402-898-5605.
You can continue to use the “CompChoice” chain of custodies, however we encourage you to change names to Strada Occupational Health when you order new forms.
