Carrie Juracek, PA

Carrie Juracek is a Strada Healthcare affiliate practicing Family Medicine in Bellevue, NE.

Carrie is a highly qualified physician assistant who is available to treat patients of all ages.  She treats acute and chronic illnesses and is available to manage urgent illnesses and injuries. She performs well child exams, sports physicals, and annual physical exams for both men and women.

Carrie worked in rural South Dakota for two years before joining Dr. Cervantes in Bellevue in 2003.  She enjoys reading, camping, and spending time with her family.
