  • When you sign up for Strada, Spruce will send you a text invite to download the app on your smart phone. Once downloaded, create an account using the same email address and phone number you provided Strada. Spruce works like text messaging. You can type a message, send a photo, or upload a document. Messages are sent to your provider and their team securely.

Our on-site clinic offers a wide range of services for acute sickness and minor injuries, including:

  • Respiratory Issues: Treatment for colds, flu, sinus infections, sore throats, and bronchitis.
  • Minor Injuries: Care for sprains, strains, minor cuts, burns, and bruises.
  • Skin Conditions: Management of rashes, insect bites, and minor skin infections.
  • Digestive Problems: Help with stomach aches, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and constipation.
  • Pain Relief: Assistance with back pain, joint pain, muscle aches, and headaches.
  • Ear, Nose, & Throat: Treatment for ear infections, allergies, and nasal congestion.
  • Eye Care: Care for pink eye and minor eye infections.
  • Preventive Services: Blood pressure checks, and cholesterol screenings.
  • General Wellness: Prescription refills, stress and anxiety consultations, and mental health referrals.

What is the difference between the DPC memberships and the Onsite Clinic?

Strada’s Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership offers comprehensive, personalized healthcare for just $49/month for employees ($79/month for adult dependents, $49/month for kids), thanks to Physicians Mutual’s sponsorship. With DPC, you get unlimited in-person or virtual visits, an annual exam with labs, and follow-up care, all designed to build a strong, ongoing relationship with your provider. This membership focuses on keeping you healthy, preventing disease, and providing convenient, tailored care whenever you need it.

The Physicians Mutual on-site clinic, located in the main lobby of the home office, is designed for quick, convenient care for acute issues like colds, minor injuries, or prescription refills. It operates on limited hours (Tuesdays 12pm–4pm, Thursdays 8am–4pm) and is free for all employees.

Is there a cost to use the onsite clinic?

The clinic is free for all employees. The $50.00 office visit charge for HSA participants was eliminated as of April, 2026.

What is covered with my DPC membership?

Your Strada Direct Primary Care (DPC) membership provides comprehensive primary care, including:

Unlimited Visits: In-person or virtual appointments with your dedicated provider, with no copays or additional visit fees.

Annual Exam with Labs: A thorough yearly check-up, including standard lab work to monitor your health.

Follow-Up Care: Ongoing management of chronic conditions, follow-up visits, and preventive care to keep you healthy.

Personalized Care: A strong, direct relationship with your provider to address your unique health needs and prevent disease.

How do I schedule an appointment for the onsite clinic?

What are the hours for the on-site clinic?

We will have a medical provider available for appointments at the following times:
Tuesdays: 12pm - 4pm
Thursdays: 8am - 4pm

Do I need to be on Physicians Mutual's insurance plan to enroll in DPC?

Any employee can enroll in DPC. In order to get the preferred pricing of $49/month, you must be enrolled in one of Physicians Mutual's insurance plans. If you are not enrolled in insurance, your DPC price would be $79/month.

Do I need to be on Physicians Mutual's insurance plan to use the onsite clinic?

All employees are able to use the on-site clinic regardless of their enrollment in Physicians Mutual's health insurance plan.
