Strada Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing team. This unique role combines the relationship-driven approach of Direct Primary Care (DPC) with the dynamic and flexible care delivery of onsite clinic services for our employer partners.

Our model allows clinicians to spend more time with each patient, practice proactive care, and build meaningful relationships without the constraints of traditional fee-for-service systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide high-quality, relationship-based care to patients enrolled in our Direct Primary Care memberships

  • Deliver a full scope of primary care services including annual physicals, chronic disease management, sick visits, and wellness counseling

  • Staff and support onsite/near-site health clinics for our employer clients, offering care for acute illnesses, minor injuries, health screenings, and preventive care

  • Coordinate care with specialists and support care navigation for patients

  • Utilize modern communication tools (text, secure messaging, telehealth) to stay accessible to patients and provide timely care

  • Collaborate with a team of physicians, nurses, and support staff to ensure seamless, patient-centered care delivery

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed Physician Assistant in the state of Nebraska (or ability to obtain licensure)

  • At least 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, urgent care, or internal medicine preferred

  • Strong diagnostic and clinical skills, with an emphasis on whole-person care

  • Excellent communicator who values time with patients and relationship-building

  • Flexible and team-oriented, comfortable working both in clinic and on-site settings
