Strada Occupational Health Acquires WorkFit in Omaha, Nebraska

At Strada Healthcare, we’re thrilled to announce a major milestone in our mission to deliver exceptional healthcare to Omaha’s workforce. We are acquiring WorkFit, a trusted name in the community for many years. Starting Monday, August 18, 2025, all Workfit clients will transition to receiving care at our recently renovated F Street clinic located at 8630 F Street, Omaha.

This acquisition marks another step in Strada’s journey to become Omaha’s leading provider of employer-focused healthcare. We’re excited to welcome Workfit’s clients and team members into the Strada family, and we’re committed to ensuring a seamless transition.

What This Means for Workfit Clients

We understand that transitions can raise questions, and we’re here to make this process as smooth as possible. Here’s what you need to know:

• Continuity of Care: Many of Workfit’s trusted providers and support staff are joining Strada, ensuring you’ll see familiar faces at our F Street clinic. 
• Workfit’s Location is Closing: As of August 18, all Workfit services will move to Strada’s occupational health clinic at 8630 F Street. Their clinic on Dodge Street will be closed. 
• Expanded Services: We’re proud to introduce Physical Therapy and Independent Medical Evaluations (IMEs) as part of this acquisition. These new offerings, continued from Workfit’s legacy, allow us to provide even more comprehensive care to support all of our clients. 
• Phasing Out Workfit Branding: The Workfit name will be phased out by December 31, 2025. You may see it on invoices or materials during this period, but all services will be provided under Strada’s banner at our F Street location.
