Matt received his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Creighton University. Matt worked in hospital and outpatient settings before establishing Alpha Rehabilitation in 2004. Matt specializes in the rehabilitation of spine injuries and pain, specifically headaches, using specialized manual therapy techniques. He also has completed training on Functional Capacity Evaluations, Job Analysis, and Ergonomics within the Matheson Training System and is a Matheson Conference Speaker. Additionally, Matt is a Certified TheraBand Instructor. Matt is also a Certified Clinical Instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association and serves as a Clinical Instructor to students from Creighton University, Regis University, and various PTA programs. Matt has extensive experience lecturing to public and private groups like Creighton University, Central Community College, State MS Society, and Nebraska Safety Conference regarding building private practices, upper extremity evaluation and treatment, and safe-guarding against injuries by proper post-offer employment testing. Matt lives with his wife Sara, daughter Hailey, and son Asher, in Kearney. He enjoys playing guitar, writing music, watching the Cornhuskers, spending time at his in-laws’ ranch, and playing with his kids.
