Kate Hansen is a Doctor of Chiropractic at Essentials. She studied in Minnesota at NorthWestern Health Sciences University. Not only a chiropractor, Kate also provides acupuncture and craniosacral therapy. According the Kate, health is your greatest asset and by taking care of your health you become empowered to be able to enjoy your amazing life. She is married with two beautiful children, Hadley and Duncan. On the rare occasion of a day off Kate would start the day with yoga and spend the rest of the day out of doors. If Kate’s fast-paced life is too much to keep up with, you can at least keep up with Sparky and Charolette, her two turtles.
